★☆☆☆☆  Makes too much noise on starting because of vibration. Returning the productAlso information about product is misleading. Tech spec about product says 1150 watts when actually it is only 800 watts

★★★★★ So just before buying this I had ordered the 20L Samsung Solo Microwave and found it too small. Returned that and ordered this. Only a difference of 600/- This is well worth the extra premium.Straight out of the box I have to say this Oven is way better than the 20L.Its much bigger, more spacious and has good height and width. Who would have thought 3L would make such a big difference?PROS:1) Big Spacious and can accommodate most medium sized Microwave safe vessels/Full size Plates with ease.2) Ceramic coated cavity ensures easy clean up and better Heat Retention while cooking. A Feature normally Reserved for more expensive Ovens.3) Nice handy touch pad and physical buttons/Metallic Knob for Quick Selection Menu - Indian cooking recipes built in. (Refer Instruction Manual)4) Good Quality powder coated outer cover ensures no rusting. Plus Black doesn't show dirt easily.5) Heats Food/Beverages up quite quickly. Standard Plate of Food takes about 2 mins to heat. Beverage (Standard Glass - 250ml) takes about 1 min to heat, 2 mins to boil.6) The Blue numeric display screen looks Funky. Nice loud alarm.7) Child Lock FeatureCONS:While a good feature, the ceramic coated inner cavity being dark does not allow you to easily see the status of the food being cooked or the beverage. So the Oven door needs to be opened periodically to check the status. Not a deal-breaker but does get inconvenient at times.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This is an excellent oven at a great price, has numerous features comparable to bigger more expensive Ovens and is big enough for a Medium Sized family. ★☆☆☆☆ The microwave stopped working in 7 months.Poor service provided by Samsung for repair of products during warranty period. Issue is not resolved despite contacting customer care multiple times.Please don't buy this product.

★★★★★ Its the best product if you use microwave for reheating food, boiling, defrosting, simple Indian cooking. Cannot be used for for making Pizza's , Cakes etc. The only drawback is its dark front glass which makes it virtually opaque. You are not able to see whats cooking inside. Overall a good product. Go for it.

★☆☆☆☆ The magnetron, which is the heating element of the Microwave got defective just after 1 year 5 days. I logged a complaint with Kenstar Customer care on 23rd Oct '18. The issue is still not resolved as I am writing on 3rd Nov '18. Please donot buy the product as the warranty gets over 1 year and you will have to do payment for the defective part.

This microwave + Black & Decker 30 inch oven (6K)My option 2, did work out for meSome words about this model, (Samsung 23 L microwave)Does the JOB done.Ceramic coating at this price is handy.No issues so far.Samsung customer service called for a demo with NO show.
